• No Purchase for Resale: Tag Print Studio, LLP, including any consumer rights or policies offered in Tag Print Studio Digital sore, are intended solely for the benefit os end consumers, and therefore purchase of products for resale are strickly prohibited. Purchase for resale means purchasing a product by someone who intends to resell the product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party). If TAG determines that a purchase or order is intended for resale, TAG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and as it relates to such purchase or order, to (1) suspend the application of any TAG policy that provides a right or benefit intended for direct to consumer purchases; and (2) take any action to hinder such purchase or order (and deter future purchases or orders), including without limitation, to restrict sales to any consumer, consumer account, or member account, cancel orders, charge restocking fees, impose purchase quantity limits, decline to issue refunds or take returns, deny access to any Tag Print Studio Store, and/or suspend or close any account.

• How to Purchase: To complete your purchase at a Digital Store, you must provide your full name, e-mail address, valid delivery address, and payment method to place an online order. You may need to adjust your device settings or set your browser to accept functional cookies and pop-ups to use a Digital Store's functionalities, including designing customized items, adding items to your shopping bag, and submitting your order. When you submit an order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Our acceptance of your order takes place when the products are shipped to you; we will send a second email confirming that the products have been shipped. If we cannot supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in writing and will not process the order for that product.

• Your Right to Cancel an Order: you may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason within thirty (30) minutes from the time the order was placed. Please note that we begin processing orders placed at our Digital Stores almost immediately. Orders that are "Pending," "On Hold," or "Processing" cannot be canceled. If you do not cancel an order within the thirty (30) minute window, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the return procedure set out below.

• Our Right to Reject or Cancel Any Order: The sale of products and fulfillment of all orders at a NIKE Store is subject to availability and our discretion in managing inventory. We explicitly reserve the right to limit, decline, or reject any sales and orders for any reason, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to such sale or order in situations including but not limited to an Event outside our control as The product you seek is not available or in stock; your address or billing information or form of payment is incorrect and cannot be verified, our security systems flag your order as potentially fraudulent, or an order placed with automated ordering software or technology; there is evidence that your order was purchased for the purpose of resale, tax evasion, or other fraudulate purposes; your order was flagged for freight forwarding or shipping to an address or service provider that enables or allows foreign export or unlawful avoidance or sales tax; your purchase order exceeds product purchase limits (quantity or dollar amounts); your account and/or purchases have a history that shows excessive high volume of returns; there is evidence that you are not eligible to make purchases (may come from outside legal agencies) or any event where Tag Print Studio, LLP misspelled something, priced an item incorrectly, to other human or automated errors  or mistakes at Tag Print Studio Digital Store. Tag Print Studio, LLP reserves the right to determine whether any of the above events have occurred at its sole discretion and has a choice on the next steps. 

• Disclaimer of Warranty: Tag Print Studio, LLP PROVIDES ACCESS TO TAG DIGITAL STORES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT ON ALL USES AND/OR PURCHASES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, (1) TAG DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR ANY PRODUCT. • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure platforms, including PayPal, credit/debit cards, gift cards, or point redemption, as listed during the checkout process. If you pay by credit or debit card, we will pre-authorize and hold the amount due when you place an order. Once your order ships, we will deduct the pre-authorized amount from your account.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. Tag Print Studio, LLP reserves the right to change product prices at any time, but changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed or bagan to process and order confirmation. 

• Discounts:  Members may receive discounts from Tag Print Studio LLP, in the form of promotions,  marketing distributions, customer service recovery methods, or other legal means. It is the sole responsibility of consumers to confirm that their discounts/promotions is accurately applied at check out before proceeding with final purchase. • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options through our partners, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. In Unforeseen circumstances, shipping may be delayed due to product availability, natural disasters, or shipping logistics. 

• International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international orders upon arrival to their country.

• Shipping Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and products for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment, and contact TAG consumer services for assistance.

• Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Unless an item is listed as ("Final Sale"), Items must have original packaging and tags. 

• Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [CustomerService@TagPrintStudio.com] or through your "My Account" We will provide detailed instructions.You are entitled to return products if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified (as determined by TAG in its sole discretion), the purchase price and any shipping costs will be refunded.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving your eligible returned item. Original shipping costs and promotional discounts are non-refundable. 

• How It Works: Refer a friend or family member to Tag Print Studio, and they will receive a one-time 10% discount on their first order of $15 or more. The coupon can only be redeemed once by the referred individual.

• Referrer Reward: For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a $10.00 discount, which can be applied to a future purchase of $25 or more. There is no maximum limit on the number of referrals a referrer can make.

• Terms and Conditions: Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are non-transferable. Tag Print Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the referral program or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from participation.

Tag Print Studio is pleased to offer a tiered Loyalty Rewards Program to reward our customers for their continued support. In the Bronze Tier, members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, with a special bonus of 500 points for new sign-ups. Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points for a $1 discount.

In the Silver Tier, members earn 2 points for every $2 spent, with 100 points redeemable for a $2 discount. For our top customers in the Gold Tier, 3 points are earned for every $1 spent, and 100 points can be redeemed for a $3 discount. Additionally, Gold Tier members enjoy free shipping on orders over $10, provided they have at least 3 points in their account.

Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity, and tier status is maintained for 2 years from the date of entry. Tag Print Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, and any misuse of the program may result in the forfeiture of points and potential termination from the program. • Product Quality: We strive to provide high-quality products. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to differences in display settings or production processes.

• Third-Party Partners: We partner with Printful, Printify, Wix, Canva, PayPal and others to deliver our products and services. While we work closely with these partners, we retain full control over our design process. Customer service is handled internally with the support of outside partners. Any issues related to product quality or shipping will be handled directly by our team unless otherwise directed.
  Limitation of Liability: Tag Print Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our products or services. We will assist in an investigation and refer to all liable parties.

These Terms of Sales are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Ohio / United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions for your shopping experience. If you disagree with the terms, you must (A) discontinue using or shopping in our digital store, (B) not purchase, and/or (C) return any eligible purchased items within the applicable return window.
